Today, Anthony is a man on a mission sharing his powerful story of hope, recovery and arduous rehabilitation, to help improve men’s mental health and decrease the appalling rate of suicide in Australia.
Anthony along with major commercial backing has developed a free app with the assistance of the world-leading South Australian Health and Medical Research Institute (SAHMRI).

In this 45 minute Online Session, participants learn, step-by-step, how to get the most out of the LIFEBACK TRACKER App. Covid-19 has placed many people in isolation working from home. Anxiety, lack of exercise and mental health issues are all real issues now faced by many.
The app is confidential, easy, free, non clinical and is based around four principles. It enables people under stress to track their daily wellbeing through a series of questions and answers.

Testimonials

“Anthony presented to our work team as part of our Wellbeing journey.  Anthony’s high impact, deeply personal story cut through with our staff in a way that other speakers had been unable.  In the days following his presentation, there were many workplace conversations about mental health issues that we weren’t having before.  It has been a very practical way to highlight to our staff the need to find trusted confidants to talk about how they are feeling, before it is too late”.
Neil Duggan – Operations & Business Improvement Manager, DULUX Pty Ltd

“We had the pleasure of sharing Anthony Hart’s life experiences at our annual Conference in Cairns. Anthony’s story is compelling and is delivered in a way that relates to everyday life experiences. Anthony’s delivery and approach to ‘Mind Health’ is unique and reaffirms what many of us struggle with in our day to day lives. The strength in Anthony’s presentation leaves no doubt that your decision to share his story will stay in the back of your mind, and those who hear him speak. Be assured if it cannot help you directly it will definitely help someone you know or love and that is the best part of Anthony’s Harts story.”
Jason Franken – President, Concrete Sawing & Drilling Association Australia

“Anthony in his own unique way, with ‘heart’, humility and humour has such a powerful story to tell. The delegates response was overwhelmingly positive, I’ve never seen so many stay after the conclusion of the event to continue discussion far beyond the original presentation.”
